Bitter orange peel and slightly nutty flavored. Honeyed. Powerful acid and a little waxy.

First night Poured on opening. Aromatics are closed. Some citrus, alcohol. Palate seems out of balance. Kept in fridge for night and all of next day. Then wow! Totally different wine! Ripe apricot and peach on nose. Palate is no longer just acid but has nice weight and creaminess to it. Just needed air!
