2019. First time I had seen this winery available in NE, so I definitely wanted to try even though it will likely be better down the road (but these bottles won’t be here). Pineapple core, apple, spice, mineral and great acidity.

Crap. Wanted to bring up the 15 after looking at when I had this last, put it down to grab a red, and I guess I forgot to exchange. Oh well. Stunning.

May 22nd, 2022This has evolved beautifully, and is just fantastic now....good contrast to the 2018s I've been drinking of late. On the nose, amazing minerality, salinity, a touch of petrol and peach, then lemon oil. The nose just totally engrosses me. On the palate, amazing acidity, good density and loads of mineral extract. Slathered in lime, wet stone, peach, and a tangy, dense finish. Amazing.
