Lots of leather - oak notes. If you aerate, we pick up the cherry and dark fruits. Nice wine for the price $15

Dark, stormy and full of great fruit. For a reason I can not explain, this guy need 60-90 minutes to air out. Almost undrinkable upon opening but nearly irresistible after time elapsed. Call it a waiting game but only those with patience shall appreciate it.

Is that tobacco? Smokey taste. Interesting. Different than my normal juice.

Solid fruit forward Shiraz. Flavours of cherry and plum balanced with pepper and oak.

Classic SE Aussie Shiraz. Big, thick layers of black fruit and tobacco on the front with red fruit hitting the back of the palate. Tannins in the 2010 are still solid although beginning to tame. This baby was great with roasted duck on Christmas Eve.

Silky, not a powerful nose but interesting finish on the tongue. Had a large Shiraz themed dinner crowd and even those hard liner Shiraz lovers enjoyed it! I would buy again.
