This needs a short time in the glass to really show off the tension & bright character. Sneaky richness. Very good. A blend of Rotgipfler & Zierfandler. My first one of those.

Proof that "the weird and the wonderful" is flat out delicious. Nimble, both delicate and opulent, it's like a photon: you can measure the density of a wave, or find the location of a particle...or you can just savor this Austrian marvel! I want Korean sushi BBQ with kimchi, panchan, and oyster/scallion pancakes with this...
