Lemon pith, minerals and some yeast. Lovely nose. Stark. No fruit. Love it. Palate is chewy and juicy and 100% mineral maybe with some sweet lime and citrus on the finish. Showing super good.

Oct 9th, 2018Super nose of minerals. Slight reduction. Love it. Palate is elegant, mineral, juicy, so easy to drink. Sneaky length. Terrific mineral slab finish. Not much fruit but such good minerality. Great stuff.
