A very complete spätlese! Edelfirne, beeswax, honey, pineapple, blood orange. Creamy, salty texture with notes of white chocolate.

Intense with a sweet potentcey. Tropical fruit, florals, healthy acid, and a mineral presence. If I did not see the label I would call this an Auslese from a quality producer for sure. On the upper tier of sweetness for any Spatlese I have had, yet the acid balances this wine. I will wait on my remaining bottle. I hope to see what this becomes with time.
