Youthful, fresh, generous. Beautiful fruit, citrus and peach, lovely acidity and salinity. Over 18 years old, this wine possesses an impressive clarity, lightness, and a long gentle finish.

Intense, citrusy, and sweet like honey and ripe honeydew melon. Gorgeous minerality. Picked from very old vines.

A very complete spätlese! Edelfirne, beeswax, honey, pineapple, blood orange. Creamy, salty texture with notes of white chocolate.

Wowza. Opened an hour before serving. Wine was open and very giving.
