Says Farm Chardonnay Private Reserve 2017. Green Apple, lemon, ginger, soft but evident oak, still youthful and puzzled but has aging potential. Juicy fruit, supple, nicely extracted. Oak bitterness comes forward and need integration with time. Ginjyo aroma, bit of green notes. Fun to see in future. Reserve Chardonnay comes from different plot from the standard Chardonnay. Temperature in the vineyard rose in July and August which made the skins thick, but resulted in plenty of extraction.
