Deep purple color. Nose is ripe fruits, cherry and plum, licorice, spices, smoke, toast, pie crust. Palate has that and coffee, lots of pepper. Med plus tannins. 52% Grenache, 48% Syrah. 15.7% alcohol. Has several times been a group favorite with steak.
