What else are you going to drink beneath a meteor shower. Perfect dark and thoughtful powerhouse to contemplate the galaxy. I saw stars.

Great bottle! Full of beautiful dark fruit and surprisingly silky smooth. What a treat.

Big, big Grenache. Amazing that it’s over 16% abv but doesn’t read hot. Lots of red fruit with an earthy core. Good acidity.

Love the Counoise element and this is definitely a lighter bodied wine relative to the Saxum range. Packing some heat and definitely needs time to come together - hopefully time will help. Hold (at least 3-5)

Life-changing. Paired it with a Caesar salad and steak tartare and saw the face of God. Happy birthday, buddy. 2013 Vintage.

2005 Vintage. 16.4% Alcohol. 93% Grenache, 7% Syrah. Wow, this wine was stunning. Cork broke in two using the lever screwpull but saved it with a hand corkscrew for the remaining half inch. Even under the intact wax cap. Found it hidden in double deep racking on the white/rose side of my cellar. Big fruit and velvety mouthfeel. Not obviously hot, but packed a punch!

Pop & pour ready, once you get the powdered cork out, that scared me😱, but since it was a mag it made it. Almost ruined dominos Sunday!!
