Full bodied, intense, with a rich flavour profile and polished mouthfeel. Crushed rocks, raspberry, gingerbread, anis pastilles, dried roses. Very expressive, happy to try this. We don’t get much from Paso Robles here in Sweden, especially not at this level. Would love to try more from Saxum in the future.

Exceptionally rish and deep flavors of darker berries with a bit of red fruits blended in. Very complex with a killer finish. Drinking well now, but has the stuffing for further improvement. Fantastic.

May 30th, 20222017 vintage. Deep blue and darker fruits with a touch of spice and good balance. Excellent lengthy finish. Exceptional. Great now, possibly better in a year or two.
