From thawed out frozen bottle. Wine had no flaws. Big, rich, ripe, dark. Leaner than what I'm used to from Saxum, but still delivers immense flavor.

Better than I remember broken stones being. Really delicious stuff and goes great with a Kansas steak!

Deep currant red; smoke on the nose with blueberry and spice; ripe palate with time has become lush with a pastille quality and ripe, finishing tannins. This evolved substantially over two hours open.
