Pretty huge

Initially reductive aromas that become smokey, black olives and dark fruit. Evolves in the glass transforming to cured meats and cassis. Not sure if I really like this or not.

Baked blueberry/boysenberry pie, vanilla, pink peppercorn, smoked cherries, red/purple flowers. These guys always really evolve in the glass & benefit from a decant

Rich red color, fun red berries on the nose. Boysenberry, plum, smoke and minerals. A little coferment of Viognier is always a good idea

Deep purple in color. Bloody meat and cracked pepper on the nose. Full bodied with black fruit and peppery finish. Syrah done in the Old World style.

On 8/09/16 with bow tie pasta. A wonderfully smooth silky wine.

Licorice, plum and moderate tannin. Definitely need a hearty meal to pair but good on its own!

Holding up very well maintaining great balance and fruit.
