Nov 11th, 20182012 opened 2018. Leather (along with the saddle soap) on the nose. It introduces itself with some mildly puckery tannins on the front o the tongue (aka unripe fruit). Medium weight tannins the rest of the way down. Pleasant but not great. Check back in on this in 5 years...

2012 vintage. Lots of blue fruit in the nose. Light/medium body. Seamless throughout the palate. Slightly dusty/peppery on the finish but an enduring "too much beauty" motif. Too pretty/pageant contestant to accurately rate. Drinking very very nicely now tho.
