Very full bodied white with great acidity balanced by grassy and funkier notes. Lots of citrus as well. Can holdup to heavier dishes you'd typically pair with a red aine

Solid, light red. Maybe a touch insubstantial.

While visiting the Qupé tasting room in Los Olivos, they poured the medium-ruby '11 Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard Pinot Noir. A funky earthy nose intermixed with floral and savory herb notes. Subtle and elegant palate of cranberry and cherry flavors. Hints of neutral oak on the aftertaste.
