As Sake is concerned, it could be my favorite style. Easy drinking, floral, sparkling and light mouthfeel. . Not syrup-y like many sakes. The champagne of sake

Very nice, almost champaign like. Sweet and without any of the bitterness that you sometimes get with sake. Serve chilled.
