Currants and black cherries on the nose. Medium body. White pepper. Very balanced with a long, long finish. — 9 years ago
Very decent Malbec for the money. Peppery, blackberries, currants, orange peel. — 9 years ago
This is the third 90+ offering I've tried, and once again, I'm not disappointed. While there are certainly more exciting cabernet savingons out there, it would be hard to find one in this price range. The nose is berries and oak with light floral notes. Medium body with a nice balance of dryness and sweetness. It taste like a $30 cab but only costs $14. As with all the 90+ wines, each lot is likely dramatically different. This was the 2013, lot 116. — 10 years ago

Lemon peel and clover on the nose. Medium body. Very balanced from front to back. Granny Smith apples and apricot. Paired surprisingly well with a giant steak on a warm summer evening. — 9 years ago
Huge and chocolaty while maintaining an incredible ease of drinking. Oak and pepper and blackberries. Beautiful wine! — 9 years ago
Big and chocolaty. So good. — 9 years ago
Really wonderful cabernet. It's like a chocolate covered cherry with a hint of cinnamon on the back end. Had it with veal. — 10 years ago
