This PN is very subtle in nose with more floral essence than fruit. The cherry front is also reserved with more of a cranberry character until the wine opens up a bit then you get smattering of maraschino. Followed by flavours of herbs (thyme/sage/white pepper corns) that worked wonderfully with our traditional turkey, stuffing and gravy dinner. Length and acidity were acceptable for such a young PN minerality was not as present as I’d like. 🍷#winecollective #passionatepinotnoir

Enjoyable wine brimming with rich cherry fruit and some graphite on the finish. A bit thin in the midpalate and lacking in complexity.
