Very tart, but this offsets some food richness - lots of citrus aroma, mainly lime, hint of lemongrass. Enjoyable.

Thought I'd try this inexpensive bottle, and then ended up loving it. Great crisp fruity flavor, not bitter. I went back to the market and bought all they had--Spring & Summer will be here soon!
