Copeland Vineyard Rattlesnake Hills Cabernet Franc Rosé. Light pink, excellent clarity. Light aromas of cherry and herb. Back label suggests flavors of “cherry, pink grapefruit and tarragon”; I’d say that’s close but not quite right on the herbal note. Dry, high acid, refreshing and elegant.
