Vin de Bordeaux Sec Sauvignon Blanc

Totally drinkable for $7 at TJ's. Aroma of lemon peel, freshly cut grass, and raw fennel. Lighter body with a bit of tart acidity that actually sticks around on the palette for a bit. A nice crisp easy drinker, enjoyed with a mushroom and chèvre frittata. It's just a touch simple and uninteresting.

Pear, apples, underripe peaches, lime. Mild acidity.

Loved this. Light and refreshing without being insipid.

Youthful, refreshing, tart green pear, easy to drink. Strong acidity.
