Transparent and almost white. No sediments. The nose gets immediately the cat pee effect, and prepared the palate for the freshness and good acidity, why I chose it for french fries (questionable though).
Fresh, long-lasting and full entry in the mouth, fresh, and acidic, just perfect for warm days. A bit too alcohol for me - which you won't notice while drinking
