No sugar. Sounds good...
It's colour is pale, transparent and clear. The perlage starts strong first, but then stops almost completely.
I can't detect anything on the nose. Fruity maybe and the minerals caused by the dioxide. I came to this part and there definitely are no bubbles in it anymore.
Dry and fresh sip, plain though.
On the label it is professional. I see indication that it's hand picked, naturally, family owned farm, but unfortunately the wine is nothing for me. — 18 days ago
I mean, I sit with this wine for the 10th sip and still I think, it is too matured, too old, it has no structure anymore.
I bought the same vintage twice, I didn't wanna believe.
No apparent defects, but the color is pale, try to smell anything on the nose and you'll come short and the mouthfeel? Well...any Sangiovese beats it.
I am sure, it is just bad luck, but I can only suggest to stay away from the 2009 vintage — a year ago

it is not fair to rate it after it has been more than 20 years in a cupboard in any 30 °C even summer.
