S Priorat Carignane Blend

I admit, I drink this regularly and LOVE it every time. Great vineyard making great wines.

2015 vinrage

We decanted and drank this over several hours. At first it was all slate and tannins. Then the fruit started to come out. After a few hours, it was a rich, balanced and complex carignan based Priorat.

Dark but great acid, builds then goes dark again. Good length, tasty.

Mostly dry, but little hints of sweetness

Got a little Bret flavor on the front end--finishes dry. Not bitter or sour. Interesting bottle with great structure.
