Tasty Greek skin contact wine made with the rare Santameriana grape. Once some reductive funk blows off, orange blossoms, some buttery candied aroma, lots of white flowers. Pretty subdued tannins for the style, good acidity, overall no fireworks but very balanced and enjoyable.

Den eneste vin fra Kreta-ferien jeg ville drikke igen. Let og fin orange, som ikke skræmmer nogen. Måske lige er tynd nok. Men ellers fint. (Også hos Thirst Merchant, Fort Greene).
