Noble bottle, somewhat reminiscent of sparkling wines. Assyrtiko originated from marvelous Santorini - fragile, idiosyncratic, memorable skin contact white.
Straw yellow, amber glitters.
Nasturtium builds the first impressions of nose. Overripe melon, bruised apple, oregano, fresh lemon to follow.
Medium bodied palate of accurate acidity. Soaked apple, lemon + tangerine, medlar, white cherry.
Surprisingly lengthy finish with citrus dominant and finally awakened minerality.
Was finely paired with octopus grilled with vegetables.
