Santo Wines Assyrtiko Santorini

This white wine from native grape assirtiko -grown in Pyrgos and Imerovigli village of Santorini- has pleasant flavors of white flowers, citrus and...olive! Fresh, smooth, persistent, has also a touch of salt, good acidity and balance.

Deep yellow colour, rich and intense taste. A bit too much to drink on its own, but goes well with some seafoods.

One of my absolute favorite whites! Takes me back to the Santorinian Sunsets!

Crisp and dry, great on a hot summer day with a fresh Greek salad

I just love this varietal. Great balance and acidity.
