This was rad. First experience with a dry, 100% white mission (listan blanco) from the new world. Fresh up front with white peach and clover flowers, but turns slightly oxidative on the finish. In a good way too, with salty cashews and a texture like warm olive oil. 🇲🇽🍑🥜
