Apr 22nd, 2019Drinking this from an orrefers bouquet glass. I love the smell. Woodsy. First taste I didn't love. Like cherry. But I put the glass in the fridge for 30 min. Now that it's decanted and cool I taste no fruit. Makes me think of a french wine. No taste just texture. Smooth and velvety. Not pairing with any food. Dry but not too try.
