Crushed tobacco and cabbage/sauerkraut on the nose. There was a real disconnect between that and the palate though--cherries and cranberries came through and it was quite jammy. Interesting wine.

Balanced blend of Malbec where the Merlot softens the wine a bit. Tried this at a Peruvian restaurant, so it seemed appropriate.
