First impression is "flat," but really it's just dry mineral. The nose is wonderful - almost better than the taste, but misses the warm, mixed, summer fruit on the palette. Shaping up to be nice on its own.
Edit: If it would last longer, it would open up; fruit comes forward. Edit: Terribly disappointed that this was a unique vintage; savoring remaining bottles, as they deserve.
