This Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon is simple and easy drinking. Showing black fruits with earth notes, vegetables, earth and bitter herbs.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and nice legs.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up.
Better with food than just by itself. I paired it with cheeses and light appetizers.

This one needs to breathe; first time decanted for 1 hr. and was meh; second time decanted for 2 hrs. and it came to life. Berry jam, black pepper, delish. Had with steak, fantastic!

Deep ruby in color; plums, black cherries, and green peppercorns on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium tannins; tastes like blackberries, graphite, and a hint of mint or eucalyptus with a long smooth finish. Not a bad wine. Great for the price.
