A true Chilean gem. Must decant. A faded red on the eye. After decant, the nose is suple with red berries and leather. The mouthfeel is elegant with soft silky tones of red fruit and light baking spice. Excellent.

Very rich and full body. Feels so masculine. Decanted for 30mins and it savored its hint of vanilla flavor. Had it with cheese and Echire butter, but would be very nice with red meat.

Opened for 3 hours in a glasss. Leechy vanilla dsrk fruit american oak spice cinammon,full body med p acid, fruit and structure are both coming, med p tannin, black fruit and black pepper spice with wood tannins. Full body cab from chile, can goes well with apple wood char steak.
