Mild Chianti, slightly spicy, ok on its own, but much better when paired with a rich, red sauced Italian meal.

Good fruit and easy to drink. Had it with a romesco ish pasta sauce- worked well and was great to drink before and after meal. I'd be happy to drink it again!

Simple, very drinkable Chianti. Not as dry as some but goes great with hearty pasta dish. Nice floral nose, smooth tannins, slight spice on the palate. Finish lingers.

Making 3 gallons of Tuscan pasta sauce. Sangiovese goes great with the acidic tomato and salty richness of pancetta. Fruity with a sweetens that helps balance the remainder of the flavours in the pot.
