Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Sight: Clear, medium Ruby

Nose: Clean, Medium intensity. Aromas of Green Bell Pepper dried grass.

Palate: Dry, medium acidity, medium-plus tannin, medium plus body. Flavors are cranberry, crabapple, underripe red plum skin, raspberry, bell pepper, dry soil. Long finish. Nice savory tanninc mouth feel. Tart but not bitter.

Conclusion: Very good for less than $10 on sale.

Commentary: I really like this wine, and love the price. Has a lot of character that keeps me interested.

Solid wine. Bell pepper mixed with dried herbs and dark red fruit. Solid tannin backbone. This wine could possibly even improve with a little age.

Fantastic! Went really well w/ a grilled churasco steak! Smooth, berry, peppery flavor. Low tannin like taste.
