Sanguis
Out of Line Chardonnay Blend

First of the whites today for our blind tasting.
Medium to deep golden yellow. Seems like it has had quite a bit of skin contact. Layered and a touch of age on the nose with honeysuckle. dark citrus, floral and woody notes. Moderate acidity (6/10) with some oaky like tannins. Dark stone fruits and tree fruits on the attack with honeycomb and a touch buttery on the mid palate. Medium bodied with a long finish. Drink till 2019.
Out of the two options, definitely a Chardonnay over a Chenin Blanc.
