Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

Nice structure, fruit and acidity. Alcohol a bit high though.

Black cherry and plum. Really high acid which threw it off balance for me.

Delishlish smooth red cherry spice.

This was my favorite Pinot of the bunch from SB Valley... Entry level, sees little new oak and is meant to be drunk young. The only one that actually tastes like the grape. Very fruity, a bit of backbone, but unfortunately lacking terroir in the nose and palette.

Great Pinot

Not particularly complex and a bit hot, yet I found this very enjoyable. Nice fruit, developing some mushroom and forest floor. I'd buy it again.

Sanford never lets me down. Just opened for fun.

Deep rich flavor. Very berry cherry.

Fruity light floural . Heavy cherry flavor.
