Oak, acid both in check in this nicely balanced Chardonnay. Subtle aromatics, stone fruit, pear, slightly bitter finish. Refreshing with a very spicy fish stir fry.

Really nice - honeysuckle, apricot, maybe even some lemon peel? The oak is definitely there at the end but it’s not overbearing at all. Paired it with stuffing, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes but would also be great with grilled fish.

Citrus aromas. Crisp pear, almond and lemon mid-palate with some salinity. Aged in French oak 15 mos, so just a hint of oak on the crisp finish. Very nice
