Aug 17th, 2020Quite a serious and delicious rosé. I would take this as my rosé forever if given the choice. Raj modeled this on a favorite Rhône rosé and made it with great care. Grapes were harvested and pressed gently, same day. Neutral barrels were used. Fermentation was at ambient temps with no additions, including SO2. This is serious, delicious juice. Wish I had another bottle for aging.
