Very pretty. Gets better with air.

One of the best dry rosé wines being made outside of France! Delicate yet focused and pure. Looking forward to following the project for years to come!

Lovely medium pink in the glass…cranberry, tart pie cherry, watermelon notes but wonderfully dry and savory with hints of rosemary and mint. Leaning well towards the dry and savory side, this wine rocks with food (on this occasion very good quality Indian). Who would match Grenache rose with Lamb Rogan Josh? But it works so well and the long, savory finish is memorable. I positively love wines from Santa Cruz Mountain … this tiny winery rocks it with Chardonnay, Cabernet, and Rose. I’m thinking I should keep this on the downlow… Nevermind…nothing to see here.
