Dolcetto di Dogliani

Dark red with purple hue, opaque in the center, med viscosity, dominated by dark fruit, blackberry, black cherry, dried prune, dried fig, raisin. Cinnamon, all spice, tree bark, licorice. Hint of medicinal note. Med plus tannin with med to med plus acidity. Med plus body with med plus alcohol.

A new favorite. Very flavorful Dark fruit with a hint of leather and very smooth.
