Very thoughtfully aged at the estate, just now being released. Oak is hidden, candied aromas of cherries, pallet is dark forest cherry with hints of rust and herbs.

The only Dolcetto worth drinking. My bottle was a little corked, but I have had this wine before. Deep red fruit and real structure. Best wine with pizza. The 2007 is one of its best vintages. A real value st $30.

So I'm tating this after I drank that other '07 from same producer so I wanna give it a better score but truth is it was dull and boring and thin and the really amazing Somm at the restaurant (Ellina) swapped it out for us. Just didn't stand up to the French bottles at the table
