Dark Ruby color when poured into the glass. Berries on the nose with a hint of vanilla. Full bodied on the palate with some spice. Certainly some tannins present as well. Nice lingering and spicy finish. Now I remember why I bought this bottle!

Perfect Bordeaux style blend from Paso. Smooth, silky, warm. Had another bottle, and happy to say this wine again impressed me. After many re-tastings this wine remains a favorite. But I think it is actually a Rhone style blend. (5/21/16).
