Last had 2.5 years ago, and the additional time has been good to this bottling. Really a wonderful wine that was better on day 2. In a perfect drinking place - has lost none of its verve, delicious acid, or linear profile, while adding some white fruit complexity. Nice.

Sep 21st, 2021Nice classic Chablis. Pale yellow. Excellent medium bodied lemon on the palate. Great acid and a nice finish.
