More Chablis! Was focused on eating and conversation so no super specific notes other than that it was textbook Premier Cru Chablis with bright lemon citrus and orchard fruit, intense minerality, focused high acidity, and what I'm guessing some neutral oak adding some body and texture without distracting from classic Chablis precision. Tasty stuff and great with this fresh fish and chips!
