Salivating hard over this! Smells like spring flowers, pleasantly puckering grapefruit brightness, succulent mineral finish--superb palate cleanser! Drinking with Polish pierogies, perfect pair.

Good veggie notes on nose and mouth; peppers and limestone dominate. Pretty dry. Good with salmon oscar, not as good as the Chardonnay though. Still worthy!

A superb white with florals on the nose followed by lemon, kiwi, and heavy minerals on the pallet. Nice lingering mouthfeel. This wine paired well with mushroom schnitzel. Definitely would recommend this wine for your wine rack.
