Sicilia Syrah

Brilliant chopped herbs and some kind of breakfast eggs in the most delicious and attractive way!

Nice Syrah - heavier than most - would try again.

Very dry when first opened, so highly suggest letting it breathe for 30 min or more before drinking. Dark color, ashy flavor, a bit acidic on its own, much better when paired with a fatty meat, which cut through the acid and balanced the flavor profile to a more enjoyable level.

Fresh cut herbs, pears and honeysuckle on the nose, crisp acidity yields weightier well balanced citrus of lemons and oranges with clean finish.

Very pale ruby colour. Aromas of spicy black currant. Tastes of black fruit and wood. Good acidIty make this wine very juicy in the mouth but the tannins are a bit understated.

Perfect refreshing chilled white. Mineral and pear, quick finish.

woody mouthfeel. light with a slight bite but clean finish

Spicy, as Shyrah tends to be. Faint scent of varnished wood.
Should have more body than it did.
