Salinia Wellspring Chardonnay, multi-vintage, Solera aging. Really enjoy the slightly oxidative style of Kevin's Chards, so was really looking forward to this. So much so that I Pobega'd the first one within two hours of delivery. Decent on pop and pour, this got better with air and really starred on night two. Exotic mix of citrus and saline, mineral and acidity. Great texture. Not for everyone as the other Delectable notes reflect, but I thought this was extremely interesting and fun to drink.

Very acidic, extremely oxidized, but yet manages to be austere. Not everyone's cup of sherry, but in the right circumstance, would be perfect.
