Forget the color. Just drink it. Lush. Fleshy. An intense burst of flavor and texture similar to a skinned grape. I drank this chilled, but it would be fun to have this out of a dark glass at different temps. Mind F*ck. This is good.

Once more, Mr Salinia makes beautiful things!! Love this. Really easy to drink, but not simple at all. Fantastic wine with my sausage and my peppers!
