Nice, dry yet buttery smooth. Heavy notes of cherry and plums. Recommend decanting for at least 12 hours. Really brings out the smells and flavors.

Garnet colour; plummy, with soft tannins. With all the great Italian wines out there, not sure I'd purchase this one again.

This was an excellent Rosso Piceno, among the best I've had. Rustic with the classic montepulciano profile. No oak.

Pretty cool, not insane but got fun as it got more air -- the tart cranberry giving way to vanilla black cherry. Nice price too.
