Light and sweet but not syrupy. Great body and texture. Almost has a slight sparkly mouth feel. All in all, delightful.

Not terrible but is found lacking. Would have liked more "crisp-ness". There was a subtle sweet but seemed to miss the balance between sweet vs. dry. Would likely not get again. Good ABV, though, and priced fairly.

Goes great with mushrooms, it brought out the earthiness and buttery taste of them. Not sweet for a Riesling
